A new nursing wardrobe

Daddy T has always complained that I have a tendency of spilling food and drinks. This has now reached a new level though.

It’s not just that I talk with my hands and arms, making bottles and glasses tip over. I’m also leaking milk, spilling it everywhere I go. In fact, there’s a stream of milk from our bed to the toilet, and Baby Girl and I constantly get milk stains on our clothes.

But as soon as I spill anything on Baby Girl, I can change her clothes. Dressing Baby Girl in little pink outfits is one of my favourite activities at the moment, so it’s not really an issue that we spill milk on her. It just means she gets to wear her clothes more often.

The problem is me. Whereas Baby Girl has a new and exciting wardrobe, I don’t. I really don’t have anything to change into.

I thought I would be fine with four nursing tops and three nursing nightgowns, but it didn’t take many days before I had to go online to order more. I’m now waiting for a delivery of four more tops from my favourite nursing wear brand Boob Design, which a friend recommended to me when I was still pregnant.

The tops I’ve bought from Boob Design feel soft on the skin and they’re quite long, making them more forgiving. Exactly what I need to avoid standing out next to a very well-dressed Baby Girl.
