Best ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day with kids in South West London

Monkey Music Valentine’s workshop at Brompton Library
On Wednesday 10 February Monkey Music is holding a free 45-minute Valentine’s-themed workshop at Brompton Library at 11am. Monkey Music has a specialist baby curriculum for babies aged three months and over, and the Valentine’s workshop is open to children of different ages. 

Kids en Cuisine Valentine’s workshop at Whole Foods Market Fulham
On Tuesday there’s a 45-minute Valentine’s-themed kids cooking workshop at Whole Foods Fulham, run by Kids en Cuisine. The class, which is £12 per child, starts at 4.30pm, and children will decorate French “Les sables” biscuits with heart shapes and make sandwiches. Tickets can be booked online.

Valentine’s chocolate decorating class at Bluebird Chelsea
On Thursday 18 February Bluebird Chelsea is hosting a kids workshop where little ones will get a chance to decorate giant chocolate lollies. The class, which is £15 per child, starts at 4pm in the Food Store, and places can be booked via email or phone.

Valentine’s half-term workshop at Art Barn
On Monday 15 February Art Barn in South Kensington kicks off its February half-term workshops for children aged 3 to 6 with a Valentine’s party with art, games and drama activities. The half-term workshops, which take place at Pooh Corner Kindergarten, are £35 per child and run from 9.30am to 12.30pm from Monday 15 to Friday 19 February. Places can be booked via email
