Celebrating Halloween with spooky Scooby-Doo mysteries

Scooby Doo costumeOn Saturday Daddy T said he loved me. It’s not that he doesn’t say it every day, but this time was pretty special. I had lined up the perfect Saturday morning, and he was very pleased with me.

We were at the Warner Bros offices in London to celebrate the latest Scooby-Doo film–Scooby-Doo! and Kiss: Rock and Roll Mystery, which was released on DVD on 12 October, and a specially created LEGO Scooby-Do feature called Knight Time Terror, which came out this week.

It’s not often we all get to sit down and relax on a weekend anymore, and the few times we do, we seldom watch things that keep us all entertained. With Scooby-Doo, however, Daddy T and I were captivated, and the film and the 22-minute LEGO animation were ideal for both big kids and little kids, preparing us all for Halloween with spooky mysteries solved by the Scooby-Doo gang.

With Scooby-Doo’s ghost-busting skills, he’s an ideal Halloween character, and after our newfound love for Scooby-Doo I would love to persuade Baby Girl to put on the Scooby-Doo costume (£27.24 from Play and Party) she received instead of the Cinderella dress she’s planning on wearing on Saturday.

I know one person in the family would have liked that choice at least. We would have had a very happy Daddy T again.
