When toddler looks after mummy

I think Daddy T might have something to learn from 2-year-old Baby Girl.

In recent months, she’s been putting together more and more words, and I wouldn’t mind if Daddy T started copying some of her very well-constructed sentences.

I particularly like one of Baby Girl’s longest sentences to date :’Let’s go buy something for mummy’.

It’s one of those sentences it would be fabulous if she could teach Daddy T.

It’s very touching that Baby Girl wants to go buy something for me, but using a brilliant sentence like this when she’s going grocery shopping with pretend money feels a tad wrong.

There’s clearly a lot of potential here.

How about taking Daddy T to Harrods and then casually mentioning: ‘Let’s go buy something for mummy!’

  1. Great post! Sounds like a definite plan ;)… Your baby girl is so smart, that is a really long sentence to string at their age – well done!
