Goldilocks Cover 2Touch-and-Feel Fairy Tales (Ladybird Books)
When we were in family club Purple Dragon in Chelsea the other day, I was excited to see the Ladybird Touch-and-Feel Fairy Tale books, which seemed fantastic for introducing little ones to classic fairy tales like Goldilocks and the Three Bears and Little Red Riding Hood. The colourful books have a different texture on every page, and the simple storylines are easy to follow for toddlers.

That’s not my… (Usborne)Thats not my fox book
At Christmas parties last year, Baby Girl was super lucky and received several goody bags with Christmas-themed That’s not my.. books, and I was thrilled to receive another one about a fox for her at a recent Usborne event. These touchy-feely books with repetitive storylines are excellent for toddlers, and they cover a range of animals and things toddlers tend to like, such as dollies and trucks.

Snuggle Books (Templar Publishing)
Puppet books are great fun for babies and toddlers, and I really like the Snuggle Books series of puppet books with charming characters. Snuggle Bunny was Baby Girl’s favourite bedtime book for long, and I like the short and sweet text. The puppets make the story come to life for little ones!
