Alice: Curiouser and Curiouser at Victoria and Albert Museum
At Victoria and Albert Museum in South Kensington, the upcoming exhibition Alice: Curiouser and Curiouser will explore the evolution of the imaginative and surreal children’s classic Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, which has inspired artists for more than a century. In Mayfair, Royal Academy of Arts will soon be presenting 25 paintings, neon and sculpture by contemporary British artist Tracey Emin alongside 19 oils and watercolours by Norwegian expressionist Edvard Munch, showcasing how both artists used painful experiences to create art.
