Celebrating Childrensalon Flower Fairies and Peter Rabbit nightwear launch at Dragons of Walton Street

The other day the children were climbing on a giant chair outside the charming Dragons of Walton Street boutique on Elystan Street in Chelsea. They were eating gorgeous little cupcakes, running around with crafts they had decorated and trying not to smudge the face paint on their faces. We were celebrating the launch of children’s designer fashion shop Childrensalon’s new range of Peter Rabbit and Flower Fairies nightwear ranges, and with the beautiful hand-painted Dragons of Walton Street children’s furniture in the background, it was a picture-perfect setting.

Dragons of Walton Street offers luxury wooden nursery furniture, which can be hand-painted with different artwork, including Peter Rabbit and Flower Fairies artwork, and the new Childrensalon nightwear collections look adorable next to the quintessentially British Dragons of Walton Street children’s beds, chest of drawers and wardrobes.

The children received Flower Fairies pyjamas at the launch event, and the nightwear stands out for the quality of the fabric and pretty prints. I was impressed with the softness of the cotton pyjamas, which looks super comfortable to wear.

The two collections include 100 pieces combined, including babygrows, pyjamas, bathrobes, blankets, nightdresses, towels, bibs and more. The large variety of pieces means there is plenty of choice for buying matching quality towels and nightwear for little ones, and I also think the collections can make for gorgeous additions to themed children’s gifts– perhaps as a special British-themed present with a soft toy, clothes and a cute book.
