When baby stops crying when being picked up at nursery
She did it. She did it. It took Baby Girl four and a half weeks and 14 sessions, but finally she did it. My little star gave me a big smile when I came to pick her up from nursery.
Every other day I’ve seen that she’s been perfectly happy when I’ve come to pick her up, but as soon as she’s seen me she’s started crying.
Not what I expected.
In fact, I’ve found her reaction to be a little bit upsetting.
But now I know why 13-month old Baby Girl has given me all these tears in the past weeks. I guess she just wanted me to feel extra special when she did decide to smile. And I did – particularly because she also came over and gave me a big hug.
She’s made my week. Yet again.
